Cooldelight Desserts Ltd was established over 5 years ago as a specialist manufacturer of ice cream and frozen dessert products to the demanding Education & Healthcare Sectors of the Foodservice market.
With our head office based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire, our products are manufactured at 2 main production sites, in the UK and Belgium. Our main manufacturing sites have full BRC accreditation.
Our portfolio specialises in products suitable for use in the unique Education & Healthcare Sectors, with pricepoints that allow regular use in menus across both sectors.
Most of our products have a nut-free status and most products are also low in fat and sugar, free from hydrogenated fats and free from contentious additives that should be avoided by children.
In addition, most of our products are also vegetarian and coeliac suitable.
We continue to actively develop product recipes with low fat and sugar levels, ensuring that these popular tub-based, dessert products, can continue to be used in menus in both the Education and Healthcare Sectors.
Cooldelight Desserts will continue to be pro-active in the Education and Healthcare Sectors, working closely with Caterers, ensuring that the increasing demands in these specialist sectors are met.
As our business expands, we are striving to bring into our range dessert products which are suitable for the Independent "profit sector" in addition to our core products for Education and Healthcare.
